The Renovation of the Old Municipal Building

The Municipal Council of Strovolos has decided to renovate, improve and extent the old Municipal Building which is situated ιn Prodromou Street, so as to be used as the place of housing the Pancyprian Geographical Museum and the Environmental Center. In addition this new building will also house the Municipal Library.

The project includes:

- The maintenance, restoration and construction of the Building.
- A new library building.
- A bridge which will connect the two Buildings.
- Configuration of outdoor areas (paved streets, green areas, parking places, fencings, etc)

Construction work will be expected to commence within the first 6 months of 2007.
