When ordering, a note is made of the IP address from which the order was placed and this is done for the security of the credit card holder. Should we find that anybody tries to use a credit card fraudulently, a case of fraud may be opened and handed over to Interpol, to prosecute the matter in any country of the world in which they have representation and where the attempted fraudulent action took place.

The purchase will appear in your bank statement with the name DIMOS STROV KRATISIS GIPE.

Other Options
If you still do not feel comfortable shopping online, you can order by email, phone, fax or mail. When ordering, make sure to include your phone number, and billing address. You may include a credit card number with expiration date or you can ask us to call you back to collect that information.

Πολιτική Επιστροφής Χρημάτων ή Αλλαγής Κράτησης 
Η κράτηση μπορεί να αλλαχθεί αλλά δεν μπορεί να ακυρωθεί ή/και να γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων.  Ο πελάτης δικαιούται να αλλάξει ημερομηνία και ώρα κράτησης μέσω τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας με τον υπεύθυνο του Δημοτικού Αθλητικού Κέντρου στο τηλέφωνο 22318358 ζητώντας μεταφορά της κράτησης του εάν και εφόσον υπάρχει διαθέσιμη ώρα. Το σύστημα δεν επιτρέπει στους πελάτες την αλλαγή κράτησης.  

Refund or Cancellation Policy
The reservation can be changed but it cannot be cancelled or refunded. The client can change the date and time of his/hers reservation by calling the Municipal Athletic Center personnel to the phone number 22318358 requesting change of the reservation if there is available time. The system does not allow the clients to change reservations.
