THIS FORM CONCERNS RESIDENTS OF AGIAS SOFIAS, ANDREAS GEORGIOU, ATHINODOROU, IPPOKRATOUS, KIMONOS, LEONIDOU, SAN SOUSI, CHRYSANTHOU MYLONA WITH STASINOU STREETS.
STATEMENT OF INTEREST IN ACQUIRING A SPECIAL CARD THAT WILL ALLOW BENEFICIARIES/RESIDENTS TO PARK
We are contacting you to inform you that the Strovolos Municipal Council, in its meeting, approved the proposal to place signs along the above streets for controlled parking, in order to prevent reckless parking by visitors to the area. That is, within this area, residents of each street will be allowed to park 24 hours a day, provided they hold a special card, while visitors will be able to park with a time limit of 60 minutes, in the spaces permitted by the Road Traffic Code. Each home will receive one card with up to two vehicle registration numbers. These cards will allow 24-hour parking for their holders.
Every horizontal development (house or apartment) will have the right to obtain the card for parking on the aforementioned streets by posting the card on the windshield of the vehicle. Interested residents will be able to obtain this card by properly completing the declaration of interest, which must be sent together with a copy of the payment of the garbage collection fees to the Municipality of Strovolos. The card will be available free of charge from the Municipality of Strovolos.
It is noted that commercial premises do not have the right to park with a special card.
